The process of submitting the lease request online was fairly easy and the timeline from start to finish was more than acceptable. We are excited to start this new chapter in our life and leasing gives us the time we need to make our next decision as to buy again or continue leasing. We wanted to stay close to our children and grandchildren and the location of Emrik in Shoreview meets our requirement. We are very much excited and looking forward to our move in date in a few short months.

I found the atmosphere of Emrik SV (and Loden SV) to be extremely welcoming. Walking in the front entrance I felt like I was home, several common areas with comfortable, inviting chairs to read by a fire, or meet people. I look forward to meeting new neighbors and being part of a community. The leasing staff have been extremely helpful, taking time to answer questions and easing my anxiety. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during the entire process, truly above and beyond

I chose EMRIK SV because of the beautiful amenities and the community. I got a tour of LODEN SV next door and you could just tell they really care about their community and the people living there. Also the location is GREAT! The leasing experience was very smooth and fast! John did a great job of finding what fit best for my husband and I. You could tell he actually cared!
